The need for continuous medical education among medical practitioner

Abstract:
Continuing medical education was aimed at providing on a daily basis the current stands or information concerning all subjects in all known fields of medical practice. This practice is aimed at keeping all health workers updated both in their knowledge, skills and professional acumen/activity at all times.
Several professionals insist on what they term as their professional experiences and on what they say had worked for them over the years. These successes may not have aligned with any known standard protocols, nor any proven medical narration. They would therefore insist on their ways and occasionally may end up in traumatic experiences or even disasters. So, why do trained health workers, who should engage in a continuous medical education that was aimed at upgrading their current information never seems to accept such aids, instead remain outdated.
