The paper also examines how banks can balance profitability with effective risk management by aligning risk management strategies with business objectives, implementing risk-based pricing and decision-making models, enhancing capital allocation efficiency, and defining a clear risk appetite. The conclusion summarizes key points and offers recommendations for banks to optimize their risk management frameworks, ensuring long-term stability and success in a complex regulatory environment.
